Position: Receptionist / Care Coordinator

 

Location: Joiner and Zwart Dentistry & Paullina Dental Care
Status: Full-Time (mostly in orange City)

What You’ll Do:

As our Care Coordinator for hygiene, you will play a key role in ensuring our hygiene schedule runs efficiently and effectively. You’ll manage appointments, follow up with patients, monitor scheduling flow, support hygienists as needed, and help maintain the smooth operation of our front office. This is a full-time position, typically four and a half days per week.

 

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and optimizing the hygiene schedule

• Confirming appointments and following up with overdue patients

• Coordinating with hygienists and front desk staff

• Providing occasional support to hygienists, greeters, and treatment coordinators

• Ensuring accurate daily reports and patient communications

• Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency with computers and learning software

• Excellent time management and attention to detail

• Professional presentation and demeanor

• A commitment to great patient experiences

• High school diploma required

 

Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who shares our values and work ethic.
